The Starkville Derby

Founded by friends in 2023 to fill the void of a spring festival in Starkville, to support the hospitality community while giving back to the Oktibbeha County Humane Society.

The Derby has evolved into the world’s largest weenie dog race and an award-winning titan that attracts tens of thousands of attendees, millions of online views, and raises substantial funds for shelter pets.
